We require a team-focused, inspiring mathematician to lead Maths across Key Stages 3 – 5, shaping an ambitious, knowledge-rich curriculum and nurturing a deep curiosity about the subject that endures well beyond school.
What we’re looking for- Has QTS and recent UK experience of delivering good to outstanding lessons across a range of abilities.
- Brings secure subject expertise in Mathematics and a track record of raising attainment through smart use of assessment and intervention.
- Demonstrates inclusive practice and strong behaviour routines that help every learner feel safe, challenged and successful.
- Can lead through others; setting vision, modelling great pedagogy and developing colleagues.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in curriculum planning, a track record of outstanding teaching, and the ability to motivate both students and staff.
