Key Responsibilities & Expectations- Deliver outstanding classroom practice and support the delivery of good to outstanding lessons across Key Stages 3–5.
- Lead the Mathematics curriculum, shaping an ambitious, knowledge‑rich programme and nurturing a deep curiosity that endures beyond school.
- Use assessment and intervention strategically to raise attainment and ensure secure subject expertise.
- Model inclusive practice and develop behaviour routines that help every learner feel safe, challenged and successful.
- Lead through influence – setting vision, modelling best practice and developing colleagues.
Christopher Whitehead Language College is looking for a highly‑motivated classroom practitioner who brings recent UK experience, QTS, secure subject expertise, and a track record of raising attainment through assessment and intervention.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Mathematics in our school and make a lasting impact on student achievement.
