Part Time Primary Teacher. Education & Training

Smile Education are recruiting for a part time primary teacher in the Worcestershire area. Stepping into different classroom, the role is all about adaptability, classroom management, and keeping learning on track.

• Keep pupils engaged and on schedule
• Adapt activities if needed (depending on time, ability, or behaviour)
• Keep a positive and safe working environment for staff and students
• Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL)
• Deal calmly with disruptions
• Build quick rapport with pupils

• Teaching certification or QTS.
• Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
• Have experience working in Primary schools

• A daily rate of 120- 145
• PAYE and Umbrella payment options
• Holiday pay of 12.07%
