Overview

Smile Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher for a 2‑form entry primary school in the Worcester area. The role is full‑time, long‑term, with teaching responsibilities starting in September and the possibility of a permanent position. The school has a tight knit staff team and strong Senior Leadership Team support.

• Plan and deliver captivating lessons to students in KS2 in line with the curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and critical thinking.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback, and nurture a love for learning.
• Structure lesson plans to meet varied student needs.

• Teaching certification or QTS.
• Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
• Experience working in primary schools.

• A daily rate of £163‑£230 a day.
• PAYE and Umbrella payment options.
• Holiday pay of 12.07 %.

• Referral scheme up to £200.
• Dedicated consultant within your area.
