KS1 Class Teacher

Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Worcester. This fixed‑term, full‑time role commences September 2026 and focuses on delivering high‑quality teaching and learning for pupils.

• Plan and deliver engaging Key Stage 1 lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Set high expectations for pupil achievement and well‑being.
• Promote good practice in a professional manner and support our school vision.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.

• Qualified to teach Key Stage 1 (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
• Pass an enhanced Disclosure check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
• Must support the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.
• Readiness to work within the Emmaus Catholic Multi Academy Company.
