Primary teacher

Overview

Smile Education are recruiting for a Primary teacher to work in a 2 form entry primary school in the Worcester area. The role involves working with a tight knit staff team and strong senior leadership team support. The position is long term and full time with potential to become permanent, starting from September.

• Plan and deliver captivating lessons to students in KS2 in line with the curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student engagement and critical thinking.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and nurture a love for learning as part of daily responsibilities.
• Structure lesson plans to meet different levels of student needs.

• Teaching certification or QTS.
• Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
• Experience working in primary schools.

• Daily rate of 163-230 a day.
• PAYE and Umbrella payment options.
• Holiday pay of 12.07%.
• Free CPD training available via the Smile portal.
• Referral scheme up to 200.
• Dedicated consultant working within your area.
