Learning Support Assistant – TA2
Support for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Provision
Required 1st September 2026
Permanent, 31 hours per week (worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday)
Term time only + 5 teacher education days (TEDs)

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide consistent 1:1 support to an individual student on roll at The Beacon EMAB (mainstream autism base). The role will primarily involve 1:1 support for a young person with an EHCP (Educational Health Care Plan), working closely with the MABCo and EMAB team to support the delivery of the outcomes of the EHCP and access to a broad and balanced curriculum.

Salary at Grade TA2, points 5 to 6: £18,827 – £19,126 per annum (full‑time equivalent £25,583 – £25,989). Pay award pending.
