Sixth Form Study & Progress Coordinator

Required for 1st September 2026

Permanent, 37 hours per week (worked over 5 days)

8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 4.00pm Friday, with a half hour lunch break

Term time only + 5 teacher education days (TEDs)

We are looking for an outgoing, organised and highly motivated individual to join our amazing sixth form team as a Sixth Form Study & Progress Coordinator.

Responsibilities

The role requires attention to detail, effective time management and excellent people skills to support 16-18 year old learners. The successful candidate will manage our supervised study provision, monitor student attendance and support learners with study skills.

Salary and Working Hours

The salary is paid at grade SC4, points 7–11 (£26,403 – £28,142 full time equivalent). The actual term time only starting salary will be £23,192 pa, which may rise by increments to £24,720 pa. Pay award pending.
