MFL Teacher

We are recruiting for an MFL Teacher to join a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Worcester. The position is full-time, with planning and marking responsibilities included, and applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

• Full class teaching responsibilities for French and/or Spanish including planning and marking
• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet National Curriculum objectives
• Support pupils’ progress across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Maintain excellent behaviour management within the classroom
• Work collaboratively with the Secondary School’s MFL department and wider team
• Track and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) with secondary teaching experience
• Experience teaching French and/or Spanish within a Secondary School setting
• Thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum for MFL
• Proven track record of delivering strong classroom management
• Excellent subject knowledge and clear, confident communication

• £168to £232per day which equates to £32,760to £45,240per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience

This MFL Teacher role is based in Bromsgrove and is easily accessible from Worcester and the surrounding areas, including Malvern, Droitwich Spa, Bromsgrove, and Kidderminster. The school also offers onsite parking.
