In this role, you’ll guide the School’s academic vision, nurture a supportive culture for staff, and ensure our students receive an exceptional learning experience that prepares them for meaningful, person‑centered practice. You’ll work closely with regional health and care partners, strengthen professional pathways, and champion high‑quality teaching, research and clinical collaboration.

You’ll bring credibility as a nurse or midwife, a passion for developing others, and the confidence to lead with empathy and clarity, along with the motivation to shape the future of the professions you care deeply about.
