We're recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well‑respected secondary school in Dudley (DY1) seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent long‑term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Whether you specialise in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or are a confident General Science Teacher, this school offers a supportive environment where both staff and students are encouraged to succeed.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Inspire curiosity through practical and interactive learning.
- Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons that challenge and motivate students.
- Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive Science department.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or equivalent.
- A degree in a Science‑related subject.
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Competitive daily rate of £170 - £250 (dependent on experience).
- Full‑time, long‑term role with potential for a permanent contract.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position; in some cases the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
