Teacher Active is working with a supportive Alternative Provision in Worcester that supports young people with SEMH needs. The role is a full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant position starting in September, supporting students aged 11 to 16 and helping them engage with learning in a calm, structured way.
You will work with experienced teachers to manage behaviour, build positive relationships and contribute to a safe, engaging classroom.
