To become a Lecturer in our Health & Social Care and Early Years department, we need someone who is ambitious, motivated and has a passion for teaching.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

Although this position is based at our Worcester campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:To find a more detailed list of your day-to-day responsibilities, please refer to the key roles and accountabilities section on our Job Description. You will support in many aspects, to name a few:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Early Years programmes.
- Plan, assess, and monitor learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain curriculum materials, including schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment resources.
- Support learners to achieve their goals through effective guidance and individual learning planning.
- Embed and promote English, maths, and digital skills within the curriculum.
- Use technology to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Maintain accurate learner records, progress tracking, and administrative documentation.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities, curriculum meetings, and course management.
- Liaise with relevant departments to support learner achievement and programme delivery.
- Ensure safe working practices within the programme area.
