To become a Lecturer in our Health & Social Care and Early Years department, we need someone who is ambitious, motivated and has a passion for teaching.

The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

Although this position is based at our Worcester campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Early Years programmes.
• Plan, assess, and monitor learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Develop and maintain curriculum materials, including schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment resources.
• Support learners to achieve their goals through effective guidance and individual learning planning.
• Embed and promote English, maths, and digital skills within the curriculum.
• Use technology to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Maintain accurate learner records, progress tracking, and administrative documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities, curriculum meetings, and course management.
• Liaise with relevant departments to support learner achievement and programme delivery.
• Ensure safe working practices within the programme area.
