Defford and Besford CE Primary School is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or an experienced Teaching Assistant who would like to work towards HLTA status. This is a role combining classroom support with pastoral lead responsibilities to support pupil wellbeing and engagement.
