RGS Springfield is seeking an inspiring Room Leader to head our Pre-School room for children aged 3 to 4 in Worcester. You will lead a dedicated team of practitioners, designing stimulating daily learning activities that nurture independence and curiosity.
This full-time, permanent role is 40 hours per week over four days, with a starting date targeted for September or October 2026. We are committed to inclusion and provide a supportive environment for staff and children.
