RGS Springfield is seeking a passionate Pre-School Early Years Practitioner to join our warm team in Worcester. This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week over four days on a 52-week basis, starting September or October 2026, and pays £14.06 per hour.
You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where young children learn and thrive. You will work closely with parents, colleagues and the Room Leader to deliver engaging early education tailored to each child's needs, supporting
