To become a Lecturer in our Engineering department, we need someone who is adaptable, knowledgeable and motivated.

The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

Although this position is based at our Bromsgrove and Worcester campuses, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.

• Plan and prepare, in accordance with the requirements of the curriculum.
• Deliver effective programmes of learning, through efficient classroom management.
• Work in accordance with the requirements of the College and examining bodies, implementing quality assurance requirements.
• Undertake monitoring and assessment of students’ and clients’ progress.
• Marking students’ work in timely manner and providing feedback to learners.
• Complete and maintain accurate and effective systems of administration.
• Undertake continuous professional development in accordance with professional development policy.
• Provide support for students, to ensure the best possible satisfaction, attendance and
• achievement levels.
• Always maintain safe working practices and ensure that statutory requirements are met.
