WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:To become a Personal Tutor in our Automotive department, we need someone who is supportive, approachable and adaptable.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

Although this position is centred on our Worcester campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.

JOB DESCRIPTION AIM AND PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe purpose of the role is to act as a personal tutor for pastoral and academic matters, providing tutorial support for full time students, supervising their academic progress, setting ambitious targets and encouraging students to raise their aspirations to ensure students achieve their individual potential.
KEY ROLES ANDACCOUNTABILITIES Pastoral and Academic Support
- To follow the direction of the Curriculum Resource and Quality Leader for the department regarding the content and delivery of group Tutorial programmes and to liaise and collaborate with Learner Services Staff and Learning Centres where needed
