Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Teaching) in Accounting and Finance

Worcester Business School is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking L/SL in Accounting and Finance to join our expanding Department of Management & Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative teaching and curriculum development in a vibrant academic environment.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:

• Financial accounting and reporting
• International Banking and Investment
• Taxation
• Management Accounting

You’ll play a key role in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, supporting student success, and enhancing the School’s profile.

What we’re looking for:

• Contemporary subject knowledge and professional experience in Accounting and Finance
• Experience teaching in UK higher education or developing professionals in a UK context
• Strong communication skills and a student-centred approach to learning
• Proficiency in ICT and its application to teaching and learning

  Lecturer up to £43,482, with the opportunity to progress to £47,389 and for
  Senior Lecturer £56,535, with the opportunity to progress to £61,759 subject to performance and the university reward scheme
