This contract role seeks a Fleet Driver Trainer in Worcester, offering £150 daily. The successful candidate delivers half and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises, focusing on category B vehicles, predominantly vans. Half-day courses run for four hours. Duties include completing precise assessment reports promptly. Working patterns vary according to client needs, covering classroom and on-road induction or upgrade programmes nationwide.
PDT Fleet Training Solutions is looking to onboard several Freelance Fleet Driver Trainers / Instructors / Assessors at multiple locations across Great Britain.
This role involves working with prestigious clients and delivering a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at locations across the country.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work for the UK's fastest growing and forward-thinking providers of fleet driver training.
Key skills required are strong communication, observation, and report writing.
Applicants should hold relevant instruction or assessing qualifications and be willing to travel.
Your duties will include the following- Delivering both half and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises in category B Vehicles (mostly vans).
- Half-day courses are 4 hours in duration.
- Timely completion of an accurate assessment report.
- Desirable qualifications include being accredited as an (ADI) Approved Driving Instructor Fleet Trainer or recorded on the LGV National Instructors Register (NIR).
- A proactive approach to delivering engaging and inclusive training (positive driver behaviours are to be promoted).
- Professional approach to the delivery of safe driving PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Your laptop and printer (all course presentation material is provided by PDT).

- We offer £105 for half day courses and up to £210 for full day Monday-Friday.
