Skilled CNC Programmer looking to step off the shop floor into a technical, customer-facing role? • Providing technical support and machining expertise to customers and internal teams
• Planning and running cutting trials, demonstrations, and technical presentations
• Delivering customer training sessions on CNC controls and CAM software
• Representing the company at UK and international exhibitions
• Responding to technical queries and providing on-site support
• Working with sales and engineering teams on project handovers
• Staying current with machining methods, tooling technologies, and measurement systems
• This is a varied role - you'll be working with some of the most advanced turning machines available, solving real technical challenges, and helping customers get the best from their equipment.

• Strong CNC mill/turn programming and setting background
• Confident with CAD/CAM
• Experience in subcontract machining or precision engineering
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship (or equivalent)
• HNC/HND in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is desirable but not essential.

• £36,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)
• Door-to-door pay with OTE circa £50,000
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
