Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Estimator for our client.

• Reviewing customer quotation requests and checking all required information is provided.
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications to help calculate costs.
• Preparing quotations using internal pricing systems.
• Communicating with suppliers to obtain prices when needed.
• Updating costings based on supplier responses or revised drawings.
• Recording all quotations accurately on internal logs.
• Checking customer orders against original quotes and raising any discrepancies.
• Handling order amendments or cancellations and updating pricing where required.
• Supporting customer price reviews when costs change.
• Assisting other departments during quieter periods.
• Ensuring tools and customer‑specific equipment are recorded, quoted and updated correctly.

• Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, estimating or technical admin desirable.
• Ability to read or learn to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems.
• Good communication skills for customer and supplier interaction.
• Organised, reliable, and able to follow structured processes.
• Willing to learn and adapt to changing workloads.

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
£40,000 per year
