Are you a Maintenance Technician or similar either from a lab background or looking to move into one, looking for a diverse, hands-on role within a reputable company offering internal training on specialist lab equipment?

You will work closely with maintenance technicians, quality staff, and the management team, gaining hands-on experience in machinery servicing, preventative maintenance, and quality control while being supported with clear development pathways toward a supervisory or management role.

The Role:
- Conduct servicing, repair, and fault-finding activities on mechanical equipment
- Carry out equipment inspections to ensure machinery is operating within required quality standards
- Support quality checks on testing equipment and assist with calibration activities
- Help diagnose breakdowns and assist with corrective maintenance actions
- Support documentation of maintenance activities, quality checks, and service records
- Participate in safety checks and basic quality audits
- Receive ongoing training in machinery servicing, fault diagnosis, quality control, and reliability engineering
The Person:
- Background in mechanical engineering, maintenance, quality, or industrial environments
- Basic understanding of machinery servicing, preventative maintenance, or quality control principles
