• Manage small projects independently.

• Contribute to continuous improvement across service and maintenance operations.

Working Pattern:

• Office hours 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (30 minutes unpaid lunch)

• UK and international travel required.

What We're Looking For Essential:

• NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), or

• Proven field service engineering background, or

• Mechanical Fitter / Plant Fitter / Maintenance Engineer experience.

• Full UK driving licence and valid passport (with no restrictions on international travel).

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on mechanical systems

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

• Confident communicator, able to liaise with customers and internal teams effectively.

• Self-starter who can work independently and manage own workload.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Desirable:

• Exposure to automated machinery or PLC-controlled systems (advantageous but not essential)

• Experience in machine installation, commissioning, or calibration.
• Flexible and adaptable approach, willing to cross-train between mechanical and electrical disciplines.

• Experience of staying away national and international work.

What We Offer

• Company Pension Scheme

• 25 days annual leave plus all UK bank holidays (33 days total)

• Company sick pay scheme.

• Genuine opportunity for career progression within a growing business.

• Bespoke training and professional development.

• International travel opportunities.

• Travel, accommodation, subsistence: full reimbursement for site work and overnight stays

• Bonus scheme where you can increase earnings by £10,000 - £15,000
