We are an independent RICS Residential Surveying business based in the West Midlands, and we’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic surveyor to join us. This role will cover the CV postcode area, offering RICS Level 2 & 3 Surveys, alongside some private valuation work.

• Competitive salary of £50-60k basic plus a company car (BMW i4) or car allowance – plus bonus.

• MRICS or Assoc
  
  RICS qualification (or working towards it).
• Experience in residential surveys and valuations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality reports.
• A customer‑focused approach, with excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative attitude – we believe in working together for the best outcomes.
