Salary: 40,000

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:am to 4:30 pm (early finish on Fridays)

Commutable from: Birmingham, Malvern, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Evesham, Gloucester

Company Overview:

A established engineering and manufacturing business producing specialised mechanical equipment, recognised for its technical capability, stable industry presence and collaborative working culture. The company delivers engineered solutions to a wide range of industrial clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Delivering mechanical design and development of machinery, components and assemblies
• Producing and maintaining engineering documentation
• Improving existing products for reliability, durability and manufacturability
• Working closely with other departments to translate customer needs into practical solutions

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience designing mechanical assemblies
• 5+ years' experience in mechanical engineering
• Experience using 3D CAD software
• Experience with simulation or analysis tools (e.g., FEA)
• Engineering qualification
