Start Date:
ASAP Salary: £68,000 - £75,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Duties:
Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand mechanical scope Perform detailed take-offs and quantity surveys (HVAC, plumbing, piping, fire protection) Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets, including labour, materials, and equipment Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/supplier bids and negotiate pricing Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in construction Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specifications Familiarity with estimating software advantageous If you are interested, please send your CV for consideration.
