The Role

• Refurbishment, modification and testing of specialist engineering equipment
• Mechanical assembly, pipework, fittings and pressure testing
• Inspect, fault find and complete equipment failure reports
• Assist with workshop maintenance and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (39 hours)

The Person

• Basic mechanical or engineering experience
• Experience with fitting, pipework, fabrication, welding, soldering or similar
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Forklift or overhead crane experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
