Minerva Defence is seeking a senior hardware engineer to own electronic hardware end to end, from schematic to field-ready product. You will write procedures, define reviews, and grow a small team, shaping how we deliver reliable hardware for fast deployment.
You will work closely with firmware, mechanical and systems engineers to ensure the whole system performs, with on-site work at our West Midlands offices at least three days a week.
