Accounts Payable Assistant; FTC

As our Accounts Payable Assistant, you will ensure accurate, complete, timely processing and maintenance of purchase related invoices and any related transactions in the financial systems and relevant ledgers. You will work with operations, corporate functions and suppliers to resolve invoice queries and work collaboratively to resolve root cause issues and improve on processes to enable timely payment to suppliers and recording of financial transactions/costs.

• Do you have experience working in finance or a more generalist administration role, involving high-volume data input, requiring accuracy and attention to detail?
• Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume administrative environment and delivery of excellent customer service
• Previous data input experience, comfortable working with a high volume of transactions, processing invoices effectively and efficiently
• Experience of working within a finance or data driven environment where attention to detail and accuracy are essential to your role.
• Good problem-solving ability and desire to contribute new ideas to support continuous improvement.
