We're XMP — an AI-enabled field operations platform for telecoms, utilities, renewables, and construction. We're building the financial intelligence layer on top of our platform, and we need someone to lead it.

This is a customer-facing and internal finance hybrid. You'll work directly with customers to build Power BI dashboards and Power Automate reporting flows — combining XMP operational data with their finance platforms (Xero, Sage, Quick Books). You'll also own our internal management accounts and reporting.

It's a start-up. The role will grow with you.

• Solid Power BI skills — data modelling, DAX, report building
• Power Automate or similar workflow experience
• Comfort working with finance data and accounting platforms
• Customer-facing confidence — workshops, data walk-throughs, stakeholder comms
• Financial literacy — P&L, job costing, WIP, margin analysis
• A self-starter mindset — we're a small team moving fast
