Are you a compassionate Paediatric Nurse looking to make a real difference in children's lives? Join a leading national homecare provider delivering specialist, one-to-one care in patients' homes and community settings.

As a Paediatric Homecare Nurse, you'll work independently while supported by a dedicated clinical team. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering treatments such as IV infusions and home parenteral nutrition (HPN)
• Training children, young people, and families to safely administer medication
• Following a structured schedule managed by our planning team for safe, efficient travel
• Providing personalised, high-quality care tailored to each child

This role prioritises patient care and allows you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most – your patients and their families.

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RSCN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Recent paediatric nursing experience
• Confident working autonomously and managing your caseload
• Empathetic, professional, and committed to outstanding care
• Basic IT skills & full UK driving licence
