About Pirton GrangeLocated in Worcestershire, Pirton Grange is a specialist nursing home supporting people over the age of 18 with neurological conditions such as dementia, Korsakoff’s syndrome, Huntington’s disease, and acquired brain injury. We also support people with physical health needs and those whose behaviour may be challenging as well as those with forensic histories.
What You Will Receive- A hourly salary of £12.82 per hour

- Assist people to be as independent as possible, supporting them to learn to cook or prompting development of personal care skills.
- Encourage the people we support to follow their personal planned strategies to maintain emotional wellbeing and mental health.
- Ensure all records are updated and procedures are followed at all times.
- A good communicator and listener
- A desire to support individuals with complex needs
- Good basic comprehension of English language including basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- An ability to remain calm and level‑headed even when faced with challenging behaviours.
- A commitment to constantly providing the highest standards of care for the people that we support.
