Position: Advanced Support Worker (Driver)

Advanced Support Worker – Worcester, UK (Driving licence essential)

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, helping them thrive in a purpose‑built supported living environment.
  • Implement Positive Behavioural Support strategies to manage challenging behaviours and enhance overall well‑being.
  • Promote independence and personal growth, fostering trusting relationships with individuals and families.
  • Mentor and lead by example, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  • Engage in reflective practice to maintain high quality of care.
Requirements
  • Level 3 social care qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in mental health, autism, and forensic settings (preferred).
  • Strong empathy, patience, reliability, honesty, determination, problem‑solving ability, and resilience.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice.
