As Care Coordinator, you’ll:
- Organise rotas & match carers to clients
- Support clients & care staff daily
- Maintain Trinity’s high care standards
- Take part in the on‑call rota (paid extra)
- Handle emergencies calmly & professionally
- Experience in domiciliary/live‑in care (QCF Level 2/3 preferred)
- Strong communication & organisation skills
- Tech‑savvy and confident in a fast‑paced role
