Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is looking for a Head of Care Group to lead Urgent & Emergency Care and community services. The ideal candidate is a motivational leader with NHS senior management experience and the ability to drive effective service delivery in a challenging environment.
You will manage a team, optimize patient experience, and ensure adherence to CQC standards. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with the possibility of flexible working.
