As a Care Assistant, you will support vulnerable individuals in their own homes, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity. You will assist with a range of tasks, from personal care to emotional support and everyday activities. Our client is a vibrant and active woman who lives with a spinal injury in a warm and bustling family home in Great Witley, Worcester, complete with an assortment of pets.

• Comprehensive theoretical and practical training to equip you with essential skills and support your continued professional development.

• Ongoing guidance and support from our experienced Office Team, Registered Managers, and Clinical Nursing staff.
• Reliable weekly pay, with options to be paid via PAYE or through umbrella schemes.
• Refer a friend scheme.

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assisting with mobility and manual handling support.
• Supporting with meal preparation and feeding assistance, where necessary.
• Prompting or assisting with medication.
• Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Companionship, emotional support, and following care plans to report any changes or concerns.

• A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
• Complex Care experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
