About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will support vulnerable individuals in their own homes, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity. You will assist with a range of tasks, from personal care to emotional support and everyday activities. Our client is a vibrant and active woman who lives with a spinal injury in a warm and bustling family home in Great Witley, Worcester, complete with an assortment of pets.

- Refer a friend scheme.
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with mobility and manual handling support.
- Supporting with meal preparation and feeding assistance, where necessary.
- Prompting or assisting with medication.
- Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Companionship, emotional support, and following care plans to report any changes or concerns.
- A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
- Complex Care experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
