Extra Care Assistant

We are looking for Care Assistants to join our established team providing on‑site support within an extra care setting at Noble House, Worcester.

• Mornings & Dinners: 7am – 2:30pm
• Teas & Beds: 2:15pm – 10pm
• Night shift: 7pm – 7am

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with medication
• Preparing nutritious meals
• Helping with shopping and light household tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support

No previous care experience is required as full paid training and induction will be provided throughout your career with Hales Homecare.
