Job Overview
Care assistant role in Worcester, supporting clients with companionship, personal care, medication, meals, housework, errands and mobility. No prior experience required as training is provided.
Responsibilities- Companionship – keep clients happy.
- Personal hygiene support – help with washing and dressing.
- Medication – reminders and collecting prescriptions.
- Meal preparation – assistance at mealtimes.
- Housework – laundry, cleaning and tidying.
- Errands – shopping assistance and running errands.
- Mobility – help with getting around.
- Positive and caring attitude.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good verbal communication and organized; attention to detail helpful.
All training will be supplied through the Alina Homecare Academy; no previous qualifications required.
Working Patterns & Pay- Flexible hours – part‑time or full‑time.
- Pay up to £15.60 per hour plus extra on bank holidays.
- £500 joining bonus.
