About the RoleWe are seekinga dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a vibrant and active individual who lives with a Spinal cord injury. Our service user loves to get out and about, whether it's for her teaching job or on a holiday. They live in a warm and bustling family home in Worcester, along with their partner and a number of pets!
This is a fulfilling and dynamic role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and build a meaningful care relationship.

- Assisting with mobility and manual handling
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting with meal preparation and feeding, where necessary
- Prompting or assisting with medication
- Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
You’llreceive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.
Key Requirements- UK Driving licence holder
- Complex Care experience preferred, but not a mandatory need
- Minimum 6 months of professional UK care experience
Right to work in the UK - Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Up-to-date CV with full work history
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
We need a compassionate Assistant to support a vibrant, active individual with a Spinal cord injury. She loves getting out for her teaching job or holidays, and lives in a warm family home with her partner and pets. This role offers the chance to learn new skills and build a meaningful relationship.
