Clinical Deputy Manager

We are searching for a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join a leading care home provider based in Great Malvern. This Deputy Manager opportunity comes with an excellent salary of £58,000 per year, excellent training and development pathways, and more excellent benefits. Benefits Package includes:

Youll lead by example, supporting and developing the clinical team while ensuring residents receive person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.

Duties in this Deputy Manager role include:
Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home Criteria to apply:
