About the Role
Wright Staff is launching a temporary industrial recruitment desk and is looking for an experienced Senior Industrial Consultant ready to step into management.
This is a start-up temp desk, backed by a strong and established client base built over 20+ years through our driving and permanent recruitment divisions. You will have the opportunity to build, grow, and lead the industrial desk with clear progression into management.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Build and develop a temp industrial desk from scratch
 
* Win new business and grow existing client relationships
 
* Convert existing clients into industrial opportunities
 
* Manage and grow accounts, fill rates, and margins
 
* Lead and develop resource rs / consultants as the desk grows
 
* Work closely with senior management on growth and performance
About You
 
* Proven experience in temporary industrial recruitment
 
* Strong billing and business development background
 
* Ready to step into management or already mentoring others
 
* Commercial, driven, and hands-on
 
* Motivated by building something long-term
