Following the success in Contract Catering, Hospitality, Finance and HR - Pineapple Recruitment is expanding its services into the Education Sector. We are now seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us grow.

This is a pivotal role, requiring a blend of proactive business development and candidate management. If you are a high‑achiever looking to build a new sector within an established brand, this is your opportunity.

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the Midlands while nurturing long‑term partnerships with existing school leaders.
• Utilise recruitment techniques to attract, interview, and retain educators and support staff.
• Provide bespoke recruitment solutions by deeply understanding the specific pedagogical and cultural needs of each school.
• Meet and exceed billing targets and KPIs.
• Represent Pineapple Recruitment at industry conferences, job fairs, and networking events to expand our candidate pipeline.
• Maintain precise records within our CRM and ensure 100% compliance with DfE and safeguarding regulations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience within Education recruitment is essential.
• Proven experience in a full‑desk environment, showcasing an ability to balance business development with candidate delivery.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Salary up to £40,000/annum | Generous & Uncapped commission structure
