As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Wright Staff Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition strategies to meet client needs. Your responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing professional consultancy to both clients and candidates. You will actively build and maintain strong relationships with businesses and candidates. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Worcester, requiring effective collaboration with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting strategies
- Strong experience in Consulting and Interviewing
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry, particularly driving and logistics sectors, is a plus
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
