💷 £16.00 – £18.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established organisation based in Worcester. This is a full-time, office-based position offering an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to make an immediate impact within a busy and supportive environment.

The Role:

As an HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees to ensure best practice and compliance with UK employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance issues)
Supporting managers with HR policies and procedures
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
Managing HR documentation and maintaining accurate employee records
Supporting payroll with HR-related information
Ensuring compliance with current UK employment law
Contributing to HR projects and process improvements

The Ideal Candidate :
Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
Confident managing employee relations cases independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
Available to start at short notice
