Recruitment Associate – Ballards Group

Recruitment Associate

Location:

Worcester (Head Office) with travel to other Ballards Group offices and client sites.

Hours:

37.5 hours per week. Hybrid Working:
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday office-based.

Experience:

Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential, and full training will be provided.

From sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to supporting business development and building talent pipelines, you'll quickly become an integral part of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing as Recruitment Associate
  • Sourcing and engaging candidates through Linked In, job boards and networking
  • Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
  • Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live recruitment campaigns
  • Screening candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients
  • Researching new markets and supporting business development activity
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring recruitment compliance
  • Working closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions
About You as Recruitment Associate
  • Passionate about building a long-term career in recruitment
  • Confident, personable and enjoys speaking to people
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Resilient, self‑motivated and driven to achieve goals
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new systems

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, hospitality or another people‑focused environment would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
