Counted, a Worcester-based finance recruitment brand, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our hybrid team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, engage with candidates and clients, and help build strong relationships across the West Midlands.
We offer full training, a basic salary with a strong commission scheme. Our 2025 trainees earned £38,000 in their first year and are on track for £55,000 in their second.
