• Lead cost-effective recruitment campaigns and events, providing expert advice on Talent Acquisition best practice.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, from attraction and selection through to hiring decisions.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates, assessing skills, experience and cultural fit to identify high-quality talent.
• Drive direct sourcing initiatives through social media and talent attraction channels, reducing agency spend and building talent pipelines.
• Produce recruitment insights, statistics and management information to measure effectiveness, identify trends and support workforce planning.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners, delivering a proactive, customer-focused recruitment service.
• Recent experience in a similar recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition role.
• Experience managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Knowledge of recruitment and resourcing best practice, including current legislation and employment regulations.
• Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and candidates.
• Ability to provide recruitment advice and guidance to managers and colleagues at all levels.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
