Pure Staff is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established Driving Division.

You'll become part of a close-knit team of experienced recruiters responsible for supplying approximately 200 professional drivers every day to a portfolio of long-standing customers across the UK. No two days are ever the same.

What you'll be doing:

This is a genuine trainee opportunity with full training and guidance provided from day one. Working alongside experienced Managers and Consultants, you'll learn every aspect of temporary Driving recruitment, including:

• Building strong relationships with our customers and taking their daily staffing requirements.
• Matching available drivers to bookings and confirming assignments.
• Speaking with drivers throughout the day to ensure they understand their bookings, know where they're going, and have everything they need to succeed.
• Recruiting new HGV and commercial Van drivers through advertising, job board searches, interviews and candidate engagement to maintain a constant pipeline of talent.
