Sector experience is desirable but not essential.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you'll:
Manage a busy temporary Driving desk
Recruit and place professional drivers into temporary assignments
Build strong relationships with candidates and existing clients
Fill bookings quickly and efficiently
Deliver an excellent service throughout the recruitment process
Work closely with an experienced and supportive team
Use a new recruitment CRM as the business transitions to Matchmaker

About You

You'll be a Senior Recruitment Consultant who:
Has previous agency recruitment experience
Has Driving recruitment experience, or experience in another temporary recruitment sector
Enjoys building relationships with candidates
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
Wants to concentrate on recruitment rather than spending every day making sales calls
